Setup Instructions

1. Ensure you have downloaded and installed all the file items on the left labelled Required.
2. If you have already downloaded and installed v0.83 MapleStory please skip to step 4.
3. Click the "Download Now" button next to "v0.83 MapleStory Setup" on the left. Once you have finished downloading this file, locate "MSSetupv83.exe" and install it.
4. Optional Step Rename your MapleStory installation folder to "MapleStory v83" to ensure it does not interfere with other versions of MapleStory you may have.
5. Now, download the "ToyStory Client" by clicking the "Download Now" button next to it.
6. Once you have finished downloading the "ToyStory Client", place/move the client to your "MapleStory v83" folder (the installation folder).
7. You are now all set to play ToyStory! Double-click the "ToyStory Client" to begin playing. Have fun, we'll see you in-game!

Optional Installations

Lightbulb Removal

1. Download the "Lightbulb Removal" file on the left if you would like to remove the annoying light bulb from on top of your head.
2. The file you have downloaded should be called "Quest.wz". Once downloaded, locate "Quest.wz" and replace it with the one in your "MapleStory v83" folder.

Level Effect Removal

1. Download the "Level Effect Removal" file on the left if you would like to remove the level up animation while leveling (reduces lag on some computers).
2. The file you have downloaded should be called "Effect.wz". Once downloaded, locate "Effect.wz" and replace it with the one in your "MapleStory v83" folder.
